Our Story
Dollar Movies International was inspired by countless visits to dollar movie theaters in 1990s El Paso, Texas. The logo features our founder as a child, being pulled between different screens by his grandmother as she skillfully dodged ushers searching for movie hoppers. This deep love for cinema was passed down through generations, and twenty years later, Dollar Movies International was born— in large part as a tribute to the same woman who sparked that passion. Please join us in spreading and reigniting that passion in others.
